Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Lognai Technologies Limited ("LognAi", "we") is a private company registered in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) under commercial licence CL6845. Our registered office is Unit GA-00-SZ-L1-RT-201, Level 1, Gate Avenue South Zone, DIFC, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy. 2. What this policy covers

This policy covers lognai.com and the public sites we run under it, including Supply Chain Sentinel. It does not cover data our customers put into the Synapse platform. We process that data on our customers' instructions under our agreement with them.

3. What we collect

• Details you send us through the contact form or by email: name, work email, company, role, country and your message.
• Job applications: your CV, cover note and anything else you choose to send.
• Technical data our hosting provider records to deliver and secure the site: IP address, browser type and the pages requested.

4. Why we use it

We use contact details to reply to your enquiry and, where you are a business contact, to follow up about our services. We use application data to assess you for a role. We rely on our legitimate interests for both. We use technical data to run and protect the site. We may keep or disclose data where the law requires us to.

5. Who we share it with

We share personal data only with service providers that host, secure or run our website and email, with our group company in India for engineering and recruitment, and with authorities where the law requires. We do not sell personal data.

6. Transfers outside the DIFC

Our providers may process data outside the DIFC, including in India and Switzerland. Where the destination is not recognised as providing adequate protection, we use appropriate safeguards such as contractual clauses.

7. How long we keep it

Enquiries: 24 months after our last contact. Unsuccessful applications: 12 months after the role closes, unless you ask us to keep your CV on file. Technical logs: as long as our hosting provider needs them to secure the site.

8. Your rights

You may ask us for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct it, delete it, restrict or object to our use of it, or transfer it to you in a portable format. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. Write to hello@lognai.com. If you are unhappy with our response, you may complain to the DIFC Commissioner of Data Protection.

9. Security

We hold ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification and protect personal data with the controls in our information security management system.

10. Cookies

This site does not set analytics or advertising cookies. If that changes, we will update this section and ask for your consent where the law requires it.

11. Children

This site is meant for business users and is not directed at anyone under 18.

We will post any update on this page and change the date at the top.
