1. About these terms
These terms apply to lognai.com and the public sites we run under it, including Supply Chain Sentinel (together, the "Site"). The Site is operated by Lognai Technologies Limited, a DIFC company (licence CL6845). By using the Site you accept these terms. Use of the Synapse platform is governed by a separate customer agreement.
2. Using the Site
You may use the Site for lawful business and personal purposes. You must not try to gain unauthorised access to the Site or our systems, interfere with how the Site runs, or collect its content by automated means at a volume that affects its performance.
3. Intellectual property
The Site's content, software and design, and the names LognAi, Synapse, AskLognAi and Sentinel, belong to Lognai Technologies Limited or its licensors. You may view and share pages for your own use. You may not copy, republish or sell Site content without our written permission.
4. Information only
Content on the Site, including Sentinel port status, holiday calendars and news summaries, is general information gathered from third-party sources. It may be incomplete, delayed or wrong. Check it against the original source before you rely on it for an operational or commercial decision.
5. Third-party links
The Site links to sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
6. No warranty
The Site is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we give no warranty that it will be available, accurate or free of errors.
7. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue or data, arising from your use of the Site.
8. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data collected through the Site.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page applies from the date shown at the top.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the DIFC, and the DIFC Courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
